As a PhD in Social Sciences (UCL), my areas of special interest include the sociology of families, couples, and sexuality, as well as intercultural relations. With a strong focus on understanding human behavior, I have completed training courses in psychoanalysis and psychosomatics (CBF), clinical sexology (ULB), and psycho-sexology applied to couples (FPSA). Additionally, I have trained in clinical hypnosis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I earned my diploma as a hypnotherapist from the National Guild of Hypnotists and participated in a workshop on Re-Associative Trauma Psychotherapy (Ericksonian orientation).
Whether you are seeking support for self-confidence issues, overwhelming emotions, relational or sexual challenges, burnout, addiction, eating disorders, or phobias, my approach remains integrative and mindful of your individuality.
Depending of your needs and aspirations, I offer:
therapy based on hypnosis and/or coaching techniques for targeted results;
therapy focused on speech and exploration of your personal history, enabling a deeper understanding of the unconscious mechanisms underlying your current difficulties.
